For the Search Console API call, use the HTTP Request node rather than the built-in Google Search Console node. The built-in node works, but the HTTP Request node gives you more control over the request body, and you will want that when you start filtering by date ranges and row limits.

7. Google Docs node creates a new document with the brief, formatted and ready for a writer.

What Makes This Workflow Valuable

The brief it produces is not generic. Because it is analyzing the *actual* current SERP landscape for your specific keyword, the output reflects what Google is rewarding *right now*. I have found this catches trends that manual analysis misses -- like when Google suddenly starts favoring a particular content format or subtopic for a keyword cluster.

I caught a situation last year where a major resource page that linked to three of my client's articles was completely redesigned, and all outbound links were removed. - Redirect chains longer than 2 hops
- Pages in the sitemap returning 404

Practical Limits

Be honest about what this workflow is and is not. It is not a replacement for Screaming Frog or Sitebulb. Those tools crawl JavaScript-rendered pages, handle complex redirect logic, and provide visualization. What this n8n workflow does is give you a *continuous baseline check* that runs automatically. It catches the 80% of issues that are detectable via simple HTTP requests -- and it catches them the day they appear, not the next time you remember to run a full crawl.
